KIEV, May 29 – The growth in the price of beer in Ukraine over 2008 may be from 20% to 35% due to rising prices for raw materials and energy resources, experts say.
"I guess the price for the Ukrainian beer may increase by 35%," Halyna Korenkova, the Ukrpyvo's director general, has told Interfax-Ukraine.
She noted that this year, the breweries would be forced to review their price policy, taking into account the growth of prices for malt, hops, glass bottles, energy resources and other resources.
