KIEV, May 27 – The World Bank may lend Ukraine from $300 million to $400 million before July 2009 to support its development strategy, the World Bank Country Office in Ukraine said.
"A loan worth from $300 million to $400 million is foreseen in our strategy," the office said.
According to the World Bank, the loan for support of development strategy may be extended during the 2009 financial year, i.e., between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009.
