KIEV, May 26 – A three-year agreement between Ukrtransnafta, Russia's Transneft and TNK-BP on annual supplies of up to 9 million tons of Russian oil through the Odessa-Brody pipeline to the Yuzhny port, which was signed in December 2006, foresees its termination only in case of notification of its participants 90 days in advance, TNK-BP told Interfax-Ukraine.

"TNK-BP has not received reports on the termination of the agreement," said Dmytro Zverev, spokesman for TNK-BP Commerce Ltd.
