KIEV, May 14 – The construction of a passenger terminal at Boryspil State International Airport will be completed by late 2010, according to a plan designed by air company AeroSvit-Ukrainian Airlines, said Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky.
"Today we reached agreement on a world-class project, which sees the land that we think was illegally allocated to AeroSvit being returned to state ownership. AeroSvit's management is to give us shares in the enterprise which designed the project of the terminal. We will openly auction the terminal, and the company that offers the best conditions will receive the right to construct the terminal. AeroSvit can also participate in the auction," Vinsky said.
