KIEV, May 13 – The Transport and Communications Ministry is in talks on the organization of the construction of a passenger terminal at Boryspil state international airport under a project drawn up by Kiev-based AeroSvit- Ukrainian Airlines.

"We are finalizing talks on another terminal, the project of which was drawn up by AeroSvit. They are ready to give it to us, and we'll put it up for sale," Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky said in an interview with the Delo newspaper.
