BRUSSELS, May 7 – The European Commission will set up a new investment fund for European Union Neighbor States for the implementation of energy, transportation and environmental projects.

The investment fund is to be formally launched on May 6 by European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighborhood Policy Benita Ferrero-Waldner, Interfax-Ukraine learned in Brussels on Monday.
