KIEV, May 6 – The estimated cost of the construction of an orbital road around Kiev is around UAH 50 billion, not taking into account the price of land, according to First Vice Premier and a candidate for Kiev mayor post, Oleksandr Turchynov.

He gave this information to the press on Monday after flying around the sites of construction of the orbital road with Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky.
