KIEV, April 29 - VAT could be lifted on oil shipments to Ukrainian oil refineries, says the protocol of the third meeting of the Economic Cooperation Committee of the Russian-Ukrainian interstate commission.

The Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry and the Russian Industry and Energy Ministry have been instructed to hold consultations before July 1 and negotiate proposals on ways to perfect competitive terms for transporting oil across Russia and Ukraine, including the lifting of VAT on oil shipments to Ukrainian oil refineries.
