KIEV, April 23 – Ukraine's state road service, known as Ukravtodor, is currently in talks with the World Bank on raising a EUR 400 million loan for the renovation of a stretch of the Kiev-Kharkiv highway.

"We're working with the World Bank under a Kiev-Kharkiv highway project. This is the stretch running from the town of Boryspil to Lubny," Mykola Berezovsky, the deputy head of Ukravtodor, told reporters on Wednesday.
