KIEV, April 23 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted LMK-Bogdan Ltd., in the Kiev region settlement of Vasylkiv, in to buy a share in the statutory fund of Kiev-based Ukrainian AvtoHolding Ltd., which would give it over 50% of the votes in the company's governing body, according to a committee report.

LMK-Bogdan and Ukrainian AvtoHolding are part of the Bogdan Corporation.

LMK-Bogdan provides consultations on market research, commercial activities and management, as well as polls.
