KIEV, April 22 – Investment in commercial real estate in Kiev in 2007 was around $500 million, according to a report of Kiev-based Colliers International Consulting Company, referring to its experts.

According to the document, last year, considerable growth in investment activity was seen on the commercial real estate market in Kiev, which was characterized by great demand from international investors, who have taken up almost all of the high-quality objects on the market. The experts said that investors were also coming to regional centers, in particular, to Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Odesa and Kharkiv.
