KIEV, April 21 - The AIDS epidemic in Ukraine that has spread to over 1.63% of the adult population is most threatening to Europe, the UNAIDS program reported.

U.N. Resident Coordinator in Ukraine Francis O'Donnell believes that the current efforts of national and local authorities, the public and donors to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS have failed to have a due impact on the epidemic.
