KIEV, April 18 – The European Commission has opened an investigation into $37.4m given in aid to Hungarian steel producer ISD-Dunaferr, part of Donetsk-based Industrial Union of Donbas, according to an official report of the European Commission.

The commission said that the European Commission launched an in-depth investigation under EC Treaty state aid rules into investment aid granted by Hungary to Dunaferr.
