KIEV, April 16 – Parliament Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk, has called on the donor countries that undertook obligations to finance the construction of the Shelter facility at Chornobyl nuclear power plant (ChNPP) to meet these obligations.

He made a statement to that effect during parliament hearings on the condition, measures and prospects for overcoming the Chornobyl disaster.
