KIEV, April 15 - Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's group on Tuesday postponed indefinitely its motion calling for the creation of a panel in Parliament to draft constitutional amendments that would reduce presidential powers.

The last-minute decision comes after a warning from Our Ukraine-People's Self-defense, Yushchenko's group, that the motion would automatically lead to the collapse of the pro-Western government coalition.
