KIEV, April 14 – All companies located in the European Union and producing more than 1 ton of chemicals per year and companies that import chemicals to the European Union should register their products at the European Chemicals Agency from June 1 to Dec. 1, 2008, according to a ÅÑÍÀ press release issued last week.

"The companies that don't register in advance will not be able to continue producing or importing products after December 1, 2008 until they register in the ÅÑÍÀ in 2010, 2013 or 2018," reads the document.
