KIEV, April 14 – Ukraine is 70th in the world in terms of ICT saturation, according to the Global Information Technology Report for 2007-2008 produced by the World Economic Forum in cooperation with INSEAD, the leading international business school.
According to the networked readiness among 127 economies worldwide, Ukraine leads Kazakhstan (71st) Russia (72), Vietnam (73), Morocco (74) and the Dominican Republic (75), although Ukraine lags behind Columbia (69), Bulgaria (68), Azerbaijan (67), El Salvador (66) and Uruguay (65).
