KIEV, April 11 – The Ukroliyaprom Association, which unites sunflower oil companies of Ukraine, has said that most domestic sunflower oil producers could stop if sunflower oil export quotas are distributed according to a procedure approved by the cabinet.

"If [the sunflower oil export quotas] are distributed according to a cabinet resolution, we forecast the stoppage of most oil refineries," Ukroliyaprom director general, Stepan Kapshuk, told the press on Thursday in Kiev.
