DNIPROPETROVSK, April 10 – The governors of the six Ukrainian regions that will host the Euro 2012 European football championship finals are to write a joint letter to ask President Viktor Yushchenko to take an international credit of EUR7 billion to build and reconstruct highways by 2012, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor Viktor Serheyev told the press at a press conference on Thursday.

"A collective letter is being drafted with the signatures of six regional governors. The letter has been signed in Dnipropetrovsk region, Donetsk region, and Kharkiv region. The question is being considered in Odessa region, Lviv region, and Kiev region," he said.
