KIEV, April 4 - Dell Inc., the world’s largest computer producer, is planning in 2008 to become one of the top-three laptop producers on the Ukrainian market, Dmytro Pyltiay, Dell’s Ukrainian representative, said.

Dell ranked 5th in Ukraine in 2007 with a market share of 6.2% with total sales of about 43,500 units, Pyltiay said.

Dell is also planning to increase the total number of sales of personal computers, laptops and servers.
