KIEV, April 3 – Alpha Bank of Greece has completed a deal for the acquisition of 90% of Kiev-based Astra Bank, a well-informed source in banking circles told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The deal was closed in the morning today," he said. According to the source, the stocks were sold at the price closed to the nominal one.
