KIEV, March 31 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Simferopol-based Chornomornaftogaz state company and Britain's CBM Oil to jointly explore and develop the Holistynske gas condensate field on the Black Sea shelf without creating legal entities on the basis of an agreement on joint activities.

The committee said that the permit was issued for industrial development and the development of hydrocarbons that could be found at the field.
