KIEV, March 25 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Ucomline Holding Limited, which belongs to System Capital Management, to buy a controlling stake in Odessa-based Digital Communication Systems, Donetsk-based System Capital Management reported.

According to the company, at present, the group owns a 24% stake in the limited liability company.
