KREMENCHUK, March 24 – UkrTatNafta (Kremenchuk Oil refinery) is not capable of meeting the new standards in fuel production, according to its acting chief production engineer, Valeriy Berdiayev.

"The new standards set quality requirements, which are in line with European EN 228:2004, EN 590:2004 and Euro-4 standards. Unfortunately, we are not technically able to produce such fuel," he said in an interview with the corporate Neftekhimik newspaper.
