KIEV, March 19 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Estonia's Aeroc International to buy over 50% of Obukhiv porous concrete plant in Kiev region, according to a posting on the committee's official Web site.

The committee also permitted Ivar Paplavskis, the head of the executive body at the Estonian company, to occupy the post of chairman of the plant.
