KIEV, March 19 – The fuel and energy ministry plans by May to draw up a draft privatization agreement stipulating the conditions on the sale of electricity generating companies.

The ministry also plans to draw up amendments to the law on the privatization of state property in regarding the exclusion of combined heat power plants from the list of objects that are not subject to privatization but could be incorporated.
