KIEV, March 11 - Standard & Poor's has confirmed the ratings of Lviv City at B+ long-term local currency debt rating and 'uaA+' on the Ukrainian national scale rating.
The ratings of Lviv reflect low financial flexibility in the conditions of a weak system of inter-budget relations in the country, uncertainty linked with the city's liabilities on the improvement of its infrastructure due to Ukraine's hosting several football matches of the European Football Championship 2012 and a permanent high level of pressure from current expenses, according to agency's report.
