Rada dismissal increasingly likely this month as deadlock continues

KIEV, March 4 – Pro-government groups and opposition parties on Tuesday failed to end a political deadlock in Parliament with the legislature now increasingly drifting towards the dismissal by President Viktor Yushchenko, lawmakers said.

Arseniy Yatseniuk, the speaker of Parliament, said Tuesday the groups and the parties have 24 hours to end the deadlock and to resume the work of the legislature, or else.
