MOSCOW, March 4 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Ukraine's national energy provider, will be responsible for unsanctioned siphoning of gas belonging to RosUkrEnergo, Andrei Knutov, a spokesman for RosUkrEnergo, told Interfax.

"If Naftogaz Ukrainy illegitimately siphons off gas belonging to RosUkrEnergo, Naftogaz Ukrayiny will bear responsibility for making up for all losses incurred by RosUkrEnergo because of claims on the part of buyers," Knutov said.
