BRUSSELS, Feb. 26 – Parliamentary Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk has called for maintaining an "adequate level of access" for all of the foreign investors to the Ukrainian energy market, while observing state control.

"All foreign investors should have an adequate level of access to the Ukrainian market, [while] observing state control over the Ukrainian gas market," Yatseniuk said at a joint press conference in Brussels on Tuesday, following a meeting with EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs.
