KIEV, Feb. 27 – The cabinet could submit to Parliament by the end of the second quarter a draft law on cutting fuel import duties in order to stabilize the price of fuel.

Such a proposal was included in a draft cabinet resolution on the plan for anti-inflation measures for 2008.
