KIEV, Feb. 27 - The government on Wednesday indefinitely postponed a bill that would introduce licensing for traders selling gasoline and diesel fuel through retail and wholesale chains.

The bill, which was originally backed by the government, was postponed after the office of President Viktor Yushchenko had made it clear the president would not support it.
