KIEV, Feb. 26 – President Viktor Yushchenko within weeks may obtain the right to dismiss Parliament unless the legislature moves fast to end its paralysis, Justice Minister Mykola Onyshchuk said Tuesday.

Parliament is in a deadlock since the middle of January as opposition group have been blocking the podium in protest of the government’s plans for quick accession to NATO.
