KIEV, Feb. 22 – State property in Kiev that requires reconstruction in preparation for the Euro 2012 European Football Championship will be included in the city's regional target program on preparations for the championship, and the work will be financed from the national budget, according to Anatoliy Holubchenko, first deputy head of the Kiev city administration.

As a result, Kiev will receive an additional UAH35 billion, he said.

"The Cabinet of Ministers will review the complex target program of preparations for Euro 2012 soon, according to which the funds for the preparations for the championship will be allocated not only from the local budget, but to the accounts of the state target programs and the target programs of ministries and branches," he said.
