KIEV, Feb. 18 - Germany's Commerzbank AG could finalize the purchase of 60% plus one share in Kiev's Bank Forum by the end of March, the bank told Interfax.

"The results of a deal on the sale of 60% plus one share in Bank Forum to Commerzbank can be expected at the end of the first quarter of 2008," Forum Chairman Yaroslav Kolesnyk said. The two parties are finalizing the details of the transaction, he said.
