KIEV, Feb. 18 – The state’s stakes in energy generating companies which exploit heat power plants and combined heat power plants should be sold to strategic investors, said Volodymyr Zinevych, president of the national Energy Company of Ukraine.

"The only way to restore the generating facilities of heat power plants and combined heat power plants is the sale of state stakes in energy generating companies of the heat generation sector to strategic investors," he said during a meeting of the Fuel and Energy Ministry on Feb. 14.
