KIEV, Feb. 15 – Confrontation between Ukrainian political groups has been deepening and may reach a point at which President Viktor Yushchenko would be able again to dismiss Parliament, Parliament Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk Friday.

Parliament has been in a deadlock for more than a month with the Regions Party, an opposition group constituting the largest party in the Rada, blocking access to the podium in protest of Ukraine’s declared speedy accession to NATO.
