KIEV, Feb. 12 – UkrGaz-Energo reported net profit of UAH917.953 million in 2007, an increase of 6.1%.

This is stipulated in a company report on the holding prepared for a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for April 1.

The agenda of the meeting includes the distribution of the company's profit for 2006-2007, approval of terms of payment of dividends, changes in governing bodies and changes in the company's regulations.
