KIEV, Feb. 11 – Ukraine and Paraguay are to set up a commission on trade and economic cooperation soon, and projects in energy, construction and railway construction will also be set up soon, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko said in Kiev on Monday after the completion of the first stage of talks between the official delegations of the two states at the level of foreign ministers.
"We would like the political dialog at the highest level and at the level of ministers to become a standard practice. That is why it is very important to sign today the agreement on trade and economic cooperation, envisaging the formation of a bilateral economic commission that will consider a number of projects," Ohryzko said.
