KIEV, Feb. 11 – Ukrsotsbank will raise $150 million as a subordinated loan from UniCredit Group, said Ukrsotsbank Chairman Borys Timonkin.

On Jan. 24 UniCredit Group said that Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG (BA-CA), responsible within the UniCredit Group for commercial banking activities in Central and Eastern Europe, finalized the acquisition of 94.2% of Ukrsotsbank from a group of investors represented by EastOne, an international investment advisory firm.
