KIEV, Feb. 11 – The state’s 67.79% stake in Ukrtelecom, which was put up for sale at an auction, will be sold for at least $7 billion, Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinsky said in an interview with the Business weekly newspaper.

He said that after the privatization of the stake, a 25%+1 share stake in the company will be put up for sale.
