KIEV, Feb. 8 – A meeting of holders of Naftogaz Ukrayiny eurobonds to discuss the prolongation of terms for the publication of the holding's audited financial report for 2006 has been postponed until Feb. 21.

The postponement is due to the absence of quorum at a meeting scheduled for Feb. 6, according to a report by Standard Bank London Holdings PLC on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
