KIEV, Feb. 8 – The above-ground part of the non-completed Troitsky trade center near the Olimpiysky National Sports Complex in Kiev will be dismantled in H1, according to a memo signed by Yudzhyn Ltd. and the Ukrainian cabinet.

Deputy Prime Minister Ivan Vasiunyk, Family, Sport, and Youth Policy Minister Yuriy Pavlenko, acting head of Kiev City state administration Anatoliy Holubchenko, FFU President Hryhoriy Surkis and Vadym Novinsky, a businessman and representative of the investor, signed the memo.
