KIEV, Feb. 7 – President Viktor Yushchenko on Thursday suspended the government’s controversial resolution that had reshuffled the leadership of the State Property Fund, the first such action taken against the pro-Western government.

The move returns Valentyna Semeniuk to the post of the head of the State Property Fund, dashing hopes of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko for a quit reshuffle at the privatization agency.
