KIEV, Feb. 5 – Ukraine has agreed with the Word Bank on a $300 million loan to finance the national budget, the Economy Ministry reported.

"The agreement on the loan foresees a loan from the IBRD [International Bank for the reconstruction and Development, part of the World Bank] to finance the national budget issuing $300 million and supporting strategic reforms of the Ukrainian cabinet in the light of the Borrowing for Development Policy project," reads the document.
