KIEV, Feb. 1 – The Antimonopoly Committee announced it has given the thumbs-up to TBIH Financial Services Group N.V. (the Netherlands) for the acquisition of a stake in Ukrainian Insurance Group, the AMC press service said in a statement.

The acquisition will allow the buyer to have over 50% of the votes on the insurer's supervisory board.

The core business of TBIH Financial Services Group N.V. is investment activity.
