KIEV, Jan. 31 - The Ukrainian government has approved the conditions for the auction of a 99.52% stake in Odessa portside plant, with a starting price of UAH 3billion, according to Deputy State Property Fund Chairman Dmytro Parfeneko.

"If everything goes well, [the tender] will be announced on Feb. 6 and 75 days later [the tender will be held]," he told the press after a cabinet meeting in Kiev.
