KIEV, Jan. 29 - Kherson Engineering Plant Ltd., which was created during the restructuring of Kherson Combines, and DongZin Ltd. (Harbin, China) plan to create a joint venture for the production of agriculture machinery in Harbin, the company told Interfax-Ukraine.

The company said that in the light of the protocol of intentions, China took on liabilities to settle organizational issues linked with the creation of the joint venture.
