KIEV, Jan. 28 - French banking group Societe Generale (SG) may acquire 75% plus one share in Ukraine's Kreditprombank (Kiev) for EUR450 million, the Ekonomicheskie Izvestia newspaper reported.

"SG was the only contender to acquire a controlling stake in Kreditprombank. Following an audit the French bank should pay EUR450 million for 75% plus one share," the newspaper said.
