KIEV, Jan. 25 - International Steel & Tube Industries Limited (Guernsey, UK), also known as ISTIL, in London confirmed that its subsidiary Metalsrussia Investment Limited has agreed to the sale and purchase of ISTIL Group Holding Limited (Cyprus).

ISTIL Group Holding Limited (Cyprus) is the holding company of Mini Steel Mill ISTIL(Ukraine), Donetsk; Metalsukraine Corp. Ltd, Odessa; ISTIL Middle East LLC,UAE; ISTIL (UK) plc; ISTIL Milton (USA) Inc and MRHK (Hong Kong) and other related companies with a Cyprus company, Barycan.
